For what purposes do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • As a customer of Intimus CPS, for the contracting of our products and services, for the performance of the preparatory acts of the contract, as well as for the fulfilment, management and execution of the contract and its services concerning the visual communication and merchandising articles offered by Intimus CPS.
  • As a customer of Intimus CPS or interested in our products and services, to monitor the performance of the above and to expand and improve their quality; to handle your requests for information, queries and comments, as well as to provide our customer service.
  • As a supplier or collaborator of Intimus CPS, for the contracting of your products and services by Intimus CPS, for the performance of the preparatory acts of the contract, its pre-contractual measures and its formalisation, as well as for the fulfilment and execution of the contract and for the contracted services.
  • As an interlocutor of the client or supplier of Intimus CPS or natural or legal person interested in our products and services, in which you provide your professional services, to maintain the business relationship with the above using your professional and contact details.

How long do we keep your data?

We will process your data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If you cancel the contracts you have with Intimus CPS, we may process your data to carry out the commercial actions that you have consented to or that we may carry out on another legal basis, unless you revoke your consent to the same or express your opposition in the cases in which this is possible. In any case, we may keep your data for the formulation, exercise and defence of possible legal, judicial and contractual claims and liabilities arising from the relationship you have had with Intimus CPS.

Who are the recipients of your data?
